Alaskan Food Entrepreneurs & Community Champions

As women entrepreneurs who fell in love with Alaska's rugged beauty and community spirit, Courtnay and Nicole brought their shared vision of authentic Alaskan cuisine to historic Skagway. Their backgrounds in hospitality and passion for quality ingredients made them natural partners in this venture.

Together, they've built a locally owned business that serves both cruise ship visitors and longtime Skagway residents with equal enthusiasm. Their commitment to sourcing authentic Alaskan reindeer sausage and creating a welcoming atmosphere reflects their deep connection to the community.

When not serving up Alaska's finest sausages, you'll find them exploring Skagway's trails with their beloved dachshund mascots, supporting other local businesses and continuing the Gold Rush tradition of hospitality that makes Skagway special.

Our Commitment

Supporting local businesses and the Skagway community

As a women owned business, we're proud to contribute to Alaska's diverse entrepreneurial landscape. We believe in supporting other local businesses, sourcing ingredients from Alaskan suppliers whenever possible, and reinvesting our success back into the Skagway community.

Our locally owned food truck serves as more than just a dining destination we're a gathering place where tourists learn about authentic Alaska culture and locals enjoy quality food in a welcoming atmosphere. Every meal supports local jobs and strengthens our community.

From partnering with Alaskan Sausage Company for our signature reindeer sausages to giving back and supporting Skagway's tourism economy, we're committed to being responsible community members who honor the independent spirit that makes Alaska special.
